SMS Messaging Policy

How consent, message frequency, cost and opt-out work for text messages sent through Logika.

Last updated: October 2, 2026Applies to: Logika website, applications and services

Program description

Logika and the dental and specialty practices that use Logika send text messages related to patient care and practice operations: appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and follow-up, intake and form requests, and replies to messages the patient sent. Messages are delivered through our communications provider, Telnyx.

No sharing of opt-in data. Mobile opt-in and consent information is not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent

You receive messages only after you give consent — for example by checking a consent box when you submit your phone number on a practice's form or booking page, or by texting the practice first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency

Frequency varies with your appointments and conversations with the practice.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Logika does not charge you for receiving messages.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any message to stop. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages from that program. Reply START to resume.

Help

Reply HELP to any message, contact the practice directly, or write to support@logikadental.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Information you provide for messaging is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
